Our Practitioners

As a Highly Sensitive Person all my life, and an easily “overwhelmed empath,” I began my spiritual path for healing, inner strength, and shielding over twenty years ago. On my healing journey, I studied Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, Crystal Healing and Bodywork, Light Language, and the Akashic Records. Because of these experiences, I’ve learned to follow my own Intuitive Lightworker pathway to support myself and others.

My modalities of Light include:

o The Akashic Records: For healing, personal growth, and soul-level understanding, now or from the past, and for making choices going forward.

o Crystal Therapy, Light Language, and Crystal Alchemy Bowls: With these sources of angelic, elemental, and universal energies, I bring Peace, Serenity, and Light into your multi-dimensional energetic matrix to release what no longer serves you.

o Flower and Gem Essences: I employ these to gently shift and heal “stuck” mental, emotional, and spiritual patterns with the elemental energies of flower and gem essences.

I am here to support you in your personal evolution as you grow and understand yourself at a deeper soul level: to guide you to turn your wounds into Wisdom. I love to work with other empaths, sensitive souls, and creative folk to help them clear and recalibrate their energy matrix; shift creative blocks; and reconnect with Inspiration.
