I am excited to offer comprehensive health care to our community with Dynamic Health.

With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness practice, I will tailor a health care plan for your individual needs; we will work together to restore balance, improve energy and vitality, and address the root causes of illness and disease.

As a Doctorally-Prepared Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Breath and Body Worker, I will provide you with a wide range of health services which may include prescription medication guidance, treatment of acute issues such as infections or injury, treatment for chronic issues such as pain, dermatology, weight loss, nutrition, fitness, stress and anxiety, and more.

Individual health is intertwined with the health of our communities, and at Dynamic Health healing is approached in personal and collective spheres.

I grew up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, and while I have traveled and lived in many places, I am very much at home here. I enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking, mountain biking, swimming and generally adventuring with friends and family.
