Over the last fifteen years, I have dedicated my professional life to caring for others as both a caregiver and licensed nursing assistant. Amidst this fulfilling career, I started to sense there was something missing, a depth that was waiting to be discovered.

This feeling set me on a transformative journey. My personal life experiences have been catalysts for introspection and growth. Through navigating my own personal change and loss, I have realized the importance of embracing grief, not just as a response to loss, but as a vital part of the human experience.

My journey became further enriched through my completion of the 111 Hour Village Deathcare Citizen Course (Anne-Marie Keppel) and my experience as a Support and Services Coordinator. The convergence of these experiences illuminated the path to my true calling as an end-of-life doula.

My evolution into a death doula has fulfilled a deep-seated belief that to die well, one must live intentionally (well.) This philosophy has become the cornerstone of my work. As a death doula, I guide and support individuals and their families through one of life's most challenging journeys.

We encourage cohesion between the client, their family, the community, and their healthcare team as part of the process. We believe in empowering the individual and creating a safe, comfortable, nonjudgmental environment through the entire experience.
